When your red’s too warm and your standards are too high, this hack saves the sip. No watered-down nonsense, just frozen sophistication – straight from the tray to your glass.
Your fave bottle of red wine (think Pinot Noir, Tempranillo, GSM)
An ice cube tray
A freezer (not optional unfortunately)
1
Pour your red wine into the tray – fill each cube slot almost to the top.
2
Carefully place the tray into the freezer (be careful not to spill it!).
3
Freeze until solid (give or take 2-3 hours).
4
Pop a few cubes into your glass and pour red wine over them.
5
Swirl around, sip, and enjoy that perfect temp.
6
Cheers someone with your very sophisticated, not-watered-down drink.
