Didn’t summer in Europe this year? Well, we’ve got you covered with a recipe that’ll have you saying ‘ciao bella’ in situations where you have no right to. This inventive take on an Aperol Spritz lets you ~ level up ~ the star ingredient into a desert, making it just a lil more spesh.

      Don’t let that leftover orange flesh go to waste! Use it as a natural bug repellent for your plants to deter pests like aphids. 

       

    • 50mL Aperol

    • 70mL orange juice

    • 3-4 oranges (navel, imperial, valencia... whatever, just as long as they’re orange) 

    • 250g mascarpone (or your fave vegan alternative)
    • 250g cream cheese (you know the vegan drill)
    • Zest of 1 orange
    • 5 tbsp honey or agave syrup

      Cut the lid off your oranges and scoop out the insides.

      Add the mascarpone and cream cheese into a mixing bowl, followed by your orange juice, Aperol and honey.

      Add the orange zest and mix that sucker until it’s smooth.

      Scoop the mixture into your orange shells like they’re little bowls and set in the freezer for 6+ hours.

      Grab a spoon, chuck on White Lotus and imagine you’re on a boat in the Amalfi Coast embroiled in a conspiracy.
