    • 60ml Maker’s Mark Bourbon
    • 20ml fresh lemon juice
    • 30ml sugar syrup
    • Premium soda water
    • Dark red maraschino cherry and lemon peel for garnish

      Fill a tall glass with ice

      Add fresh lemon juice, sugar syrup and Maker’s Mark Bourbon

      Top with premium soda water and give a gentle stir to lift the drink without flattening the bubbles

      Garnish with a cherry and a lemon peel
