What is it? 

A perf pasta when you’re craving something carby, but fresh at the same time.

    • Preparation Time
      20 minutes
    • Serves
      2 persons
    • 200g of spaghetti
    • 2 tbsp Vodka or Gin
    • 1 tbsp butter
    • 1 tbsp olive oil
    • 2-3 garlic cloves
    • 10-12 olives, chopped 
    • Zest of 1 lemon
    • 1 tbsp olive brine
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Crumbled blue cheese (optional)
    • Parsley, freshly chopped
    • 1
      Study that pasta packet and cook to the instructions.

      Heat the oil in a saucepan on medium. Throw in your garlic and watch those lil morsels cook.

      After 1 minute, add in half of your lemon zest and chopped olives (setting some aside for a lil garnish). Cook until it’s nice and golden.

A dipping/serving sauce that’s zingy, herby and all things YUM.

    • Serves
      2 persons
    • 2 tbsp green olives, chopped
    • 4 tsp Vermouth
    • 1 tbsp capers
    • 4 tsp olive brine
    • 100mL extra virgin olive oil
    • Zest of 1 lemon
    • Squeeze of lemon
    • 1 garlic clove
    • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
    • Salt and pepper to taste

    • 1/2 tsp Gin
    • 2 tsp smooth Dijon mustard
    • 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
    • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
    • 3 sprigs rosemary, leaves de-stemmed and chopped
    • 1/4 tsp ground coriander
    • 1 tsp kosher salt, plus more to taste
    • Freshly cracked black pepper
    • Pack of cos heart lettuce
    • Handful of green olives
    • 50g parmesan cheese

    • 90mL Vodka
    • 30mL Vermouth
    • 2 tbsp olive oil
    • 2 tbsp tomato paste
    • 1/4 onion, finely chopped
    • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
    • 1/4 tsp chilli flakes
    • 100mL heavy cream
    • Splash of olive brine
    • Handful of green olives to garnish
