Freezer door cocktails are having a moment rn, so we decided to put you onto them. They’re batch-made, tasty and a breeze to make, meaning they’re perfect for those last min hangs. To start things off, we’ve gone for the simple negroni.
We’re not going to tell you how to suck eggs, BUT, get your ingredients together so you’re not running around too much.

Crack open your gin and pour 480ml into a container as you won't be needing it. (Mason jars work really well for unused gin – helps keep it fresh for your next cocktail.) Add the remainder into a mixing jug.
3
Now, for the Negroni. In the mixing jug, add your Campari, Vermouth Rosso and a few drops of bitters.
4
Slowly pour that bad boy into the original bottle. If ya game, freehand that pour, but a funnel can really help here.
5
Now for the hardest part: put it in your freezer and wait for it to chill before getting stuck in.
