    • 45mL Espolón Tequila Blanco
    • 30mL syrup from a can of lychees
    • 30mL lime juice
    • 10mL simple syrup
    • 1 canned lychee and 1 blueberry to garnish
    • Ice

      Make an “eyeball” garnish by stuffing a canned lychee with a fresh blueberry

      Add all other ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice

      Shake until the tin is frosted and strain into a martini glass

      Finish with your garnish
