APEROL SPRITZ
    • 60 ml Aperol
    • 90 ml Prosecco (but any sparkling wine works)
    • 30 ml soda water
    • Ice
    • Orange slice to garnish
    • 1
      Into a spritz glass, add 2 parts Aperol and 3 parts Prosecco

      Add ice and top with 1 part soda water.

      Garnish with a slice of orange.
