Anchovy Martini Cocktail Recipe

What's salty, tiny and used to swim in the sea? Anchovies! Beyond pasta sauces or just laying them thick over butter, we believe (know) they belong in a martini too. A cocktail that begs savoury elements to turn on their charm, this funky little fish does just that. Cutting through the sharp attitude of vodka and dry vermouth, a few final drops of the anchovy oil round it all out to make one surprisingly sophisticated drink. Say it after us, "Umami".
