30ml Olive brine
30ml Vermouth
60ml Vodka
Frozen olives in ice
Served with anchovy oil
Anchovies to serve on cocktail stick

Freeze some olives in a large ice cube.

Add 60ml vodka, 30ml vermouth and 15ml olive brine into a shaker with ice. Shake.

Pour into glass over olive ice cubes and serve with fresh anchovies and a few drops of anchovy oil.
