sweet to begin. As it moves over your tongue the sour begins to take over. Well balanced and a great palate cleanser. The sour market is growing and this is amongst the best. DISCLAIMER. I Have only had on tap. At the Hotel Brunswick at Brunswick heads NSW.

I really enjoy this beer, the passion fruit comes through nicely with an enjoyable tart sourness balanced perfectly with a salty finish on the back of the tongue. I can’t wait to enjoy a few in the sun come summer time!

In naval terms, the ringing of “7 Bells” indicates half an hour until the end of a shift. As knock off approached at Green Beacon, brewers would find themselves wanting an easy drinking, thirst-quenching beer. More often than not, it was a Passion Fruit Sour they reached for, and so was born this refreshingly tart, Gose Style Ale.
