This lively straw coloured Chardonnay opens with rich melon, honeydew and citrus aromas that are delicately supported by fresh nougat and vanilla notes from barrel fermentation. The wine is a harmonious balance of soft rock melon and stone fruit with the finish lengthened from 6 months ageing in European Oak Barriques, adding a cashew nut and cinnamon complexity.
