Pretty dull, classic hops, a boring IPA...might have been good 10 years ago, but doesn't cut it any longer

Hawkers make 2 excellent pale ales. One is just "pale ale" and 4.8%ABV this one is 6%ABV. They are both great tasting, refreshing, very hoppy, bitter ales. The only questions are "is the strong one worth an extra 50cents or so per tinnie (when bought by the case)? Answer: YES, it has a bit more sweetness from the alcohol to balance the bitterness, plus it is stronger! The second question is "why not cases of 24 cans?" Answer: I have no idea, but it certainly should be asked as might result in a slightly lower price! I think both Hawkers Pale Ales are great value for money, and well crafted.
