Not as sophisticated as Stryk's rum, this is still a perfectly good base for Mojito's,Dark & Stormy's, and other rum-based cocktails.

The drink wasn't much to drink on it's own but boy does it work well when you blend it into a mocktail! All the fun of drinking with your friends and none of the hangover. This was clearly made for mixing and is definitely my preferred choice for non alcoholic spirits options

Started to look into non alcoholic ‘Claytons’ drinks to see if they can give me the same fun without the headache and have succeeded with some Gin and beer. This stuff otherwise is an absolut waste of money. I believe it is supposed to somewhat imitate a spiced rum, yet is soo far from it as you would place rum and gin on any scale if taste. It’s weak almost non descriptive in its flavour and the closest I could compare it to is tea. No offence - No zing, no bite, no nothing really - just expensive :( I went back to the shop at DFO Brisbane to have the staff taste it as they were unable to tell me what this would taste like BEFORE I purchased it. Thought to give them a bit of knowledge for the next possible person who asks.
