Vibrant, slightly zesty, light and easy-drinking Prosecco with subtle, sessionable bubbles. Good balance and value at this price point. Can drink standalone or mixed into a cocktail requiring Prosecco. My tip, choose this rather than the slightly cheaper, though much poorer representation of Prosecco from Maschio. Your tastebuds deserve it. My star rating is 4, based on its price category.

A great tasting wine similar to other quality wines from Italy. It is a shame that the cork is difficult to remove from the bottle. I am used to extracting corks physically but this wine requires you to saw the cork off flush with the top of the bottle and then and only then a cork screw device will fit the top of the bottle.

For the price point it is quite acceptable, but the fizz is very light/soft which is ok if you prefer fewer bubbles. We tried this one as a cheaper favourite was not available.
