I want to start my review of this champagne saying I really like Bollinger Brut NV. I think it’s interesting the rating of this champagne. Thinness of flavour and delicate has a fine line. Delicate usually means there is a longevity to the after taste that is pleasing. This does not have it. This has a subtle raspberry forward that transfers to a rhubarb like taste that pretty abruptly halts. There is nothing bad about this it isn’t unpleasing but unsatisfying. You would never spit this out but it doesn’t leave you satisfied on the money you spent. There are other roses with similar ratings that are cheaper that are more satisfying a champagne. I was left very disappointed after enjoying so much of Bollinger other champagne.

It was my wife’s birthday,so I wanted something special.she wasn’t disappointed. Excellent
