This is one of the best champagnes on the market. It is definitely the best in its price range. Tsarine is on the dry side, but best of al, the bubbles last to the very last drop. I would recommend you try Tsarine for your next occasion.

Very disappointing i decided to try something different at a value price point based on ratings and recommendations my first mouthful felt like an overdose on sugar it was so sweet and there was simply no pleasure on the throat as it went down it felt very raw very acedic i couldnt buy it again. Maybe it was a plot against Russia

This champagne is unfortunately in a tacky ribbed bottle. It is designed for the Russian market and is very different from other champagnes in this price range. The taste is very earthy and has a bitter aftertaste. Not a good experience and a lesson learned!

Tsarine is made by Chanoine Frères, which was founded in 1730; only the house of Ruinart is older. The Tsarine Cuvee Champagne was originally created in honour of the Russian tsars, since Russia was a major export market for champagne in the nineteenth century.
