I'm not sure about the taste and quality there are plenty of Cab Sauv options on the market to choose from. That wasn't the best decision.

It wasn't to my liking it tasted old & stale finished the bottle over a couple of nights with dinner in the hope that it might get better but it didn't,think I will stick to Aussie wine in that price range,Cheers anyway.

I like to keep a few in general, to see how well they were made - any faults will appear with time. Just opened the 2010 - still excellent with no negatives but no point in cellaring except for experimentation. Drink in 1-2 years generally; superb simple wine.
