It wasn't to my liking it tasted old & stale finished the bottle over a couple of nights with dinner in the hope that it might get better but it didn't,think I will stick to Aussie wine in that price range,Cheers anyway.

I like to keep a few in general, to see how well they were made - any faults will appear with time. Just opened the 2010 - still excellent with no negatives but no point in cellaring except for experimentation. Drink in 1-2 years generally; superb simple wine.

Vintage 2021: Smelled of vinegar as soon as I opened the bottle, extremely dry and not like any cab sav I have ever had.
