Our brewers found inspiration in a humble rural icon, the country bakehouse. Years of overconsumption of fresh bread, hot pies, cinni scrolls and morning brown has led to the Bakehouse Stout, a comforting combo of a breakfast and export stout: fresh baked goods, rich coffee, a hint of spice and Shelter stouts' signature smoky finish.
