A very tasty beer with good fruits and a pleasant after taste.

This beer is much better than ‘crownies’ . Used to be THE beer but all these boutique beers leave it for dead now. I’m guessing crown have been pumping the same stuff for so long now that they’ve really been left behind. Time to lift their game if they want market share

Got good write ups but did not match the hype. Pale ales are 10 a penny, this one is average. I have nicer American style pale ales.

Tried this along with a few other products from Burleigh Brewing Company whilst visiting the brewery, not really a big hop flavoured Pale Ale but more of a comercial beer taste, and personaly I prefer such Pale Ales as Balter XPA, 4 Pines Pale Ale or Pirate Life Pale Ale.

A lovely Craft beer at it's finest. 28 Pale Ale has a nice hops flavour with a light bitter finish. The taste comes close to the described fruity characters of citrus, grapefruit and lychee with a hint of vanilla and spice. A great beer worth trying and great for it's price.

There appears to be a trend towards sweet beers in this country. Someone gave me a sixpack as a gift (we like to try different beers). I took two mouthfuls and tipped it down the sink thinking there was something wrong with it. Second and third bottles, same. It tastes like lager mixed with West Coast Cooler. I drank enough of the latter during my uncultured youth to know that flavour anywhere. Frankly, this beer is disgusting. I'll take any average English ale or bitter any day over this muck.
