Bold, Deep, full bodied drop that is very enjoyable. Missing a lingering after taste for my liking. However still a nice wine

I regularly enjoy Grant Burge shiraz, and buy them by the half-dozen, but this particular shiraz is so full of acid I could barely taste the flavours. Too astringent and heavy bodied for drinking now. Perhaps after a few years of cellaring it will mellow into a fine wine.

Exceptional depth to this Barossa Shiraz, value for money is an understatement.

First thought is that this bottle went down a treat. Very reasonably priced for a full bodied and delicious bottle of red. I first get caramel on the nose with stone fruit to follow. Would be hard to fault if you went to a dinner party with this in hand. Will boy this red again. :)

Someone brought a bottle over and left before I had a chance to try it.. when I did, I immediately hopped on line to see where I could get more! At $10 a bottle it was surprisingly gentle on the palate. I'm no expert and can't wax lyrical about hints of cherry blossom or overlays of cinnamon bark - I just liked the taste.

I found this wine is on par with or less than some bottles for $6-$7 price point not worth it at all, if I had paid full price instead of a member offer I would have resealed the bottle after a sip and taken it back.
