Wedding vowels I am a Carer and I bought this bottle of champagne for a client of mine to celebrate his 94 birthday and he said after this it reminded me of his wedding day

This is obviously a quality product. The fact that it was not to my liking does not detract from this. I prefer a rich, full bodied champagne, however, this one was light and bright. An excellent 'toasting' champagne in my opinion. I could imagine this going very well with an afternoon high tea or as an aperitif. I found this had a very clean palate with definite yeasty aftertaste and iced pastry nose. I found these characteristics were accentuated if left to settle a little once opened before drinking.

The packaging looks great but it stops there. The only lingering taste in your mouth, as described by the cleverly crafted description is the horrible taste of something off in your mouth. Steer clear and go for a bottle of something a little more well known such as Moët and Veuve. You won't be disappointed like I was on New Years Eve.

this is a great champagne in a great size to have with dinner when no one else wants to join you.
