Shiraz from the southern wine region in Western Australia continues to gather momentum as being one of Australia's truly great modern regions for producing cool-climate red wines. This wine from Forest Hill Estate is a great example that display elegance in the produce. It's vibrant characters of blue and red fruits with a lovely, subtle note of cedar oak on the nose. A hint more of crushed herbs with similar characteristics on the palate. Perfect to drink today, yet will enjoy a few years in a medium-term careful cellaring.
