The winemakers at Paracombe have cracked the code! This Pinot Gris has all that we expect from the genre: it has a light acidity, fruit driven, with a satisfying mouthfeel - which lingers after the bottle is empty!

Pears spice musk and wift of rose petals. This is as good a Pinto Gris as you'll find. It's the wine I compare others to and always comes out on top. A brilliantly structured wine as most Paracombe wines are.

When it comes to Pinot Gris I think there is nothing out there, Australian or imported that beats this wine. My wife is prefers Pinot Gris and her first choice is always Paracombe.
