Compared to other wines of this style the Pizzini is a little light in character. It really is somewhat bland. If you prefer a more citrus Pinot Grigio, try Nugan Frasca's Lane ($18) or Santa Margherita ($22).

This wine is so smooth, crisp but with a delicious slightly sweet fruit flavor as opposed to the Sav Blancs that can have a dry finish this is a beautiful wine to drink.
