I can't remember what year this bottle was. It doesn't matter. It was very very nice. The balance of oak and crisp acidity works very well. Drinking it very cold (was a very hot day) was very refreshing. I'm one of those heathens who prefers white wine icy cold. Come to think of it, I like reds at quite a bit less than room temperature too. Room temperature in Australia is far too high for red wine I reckon. Anyway, this review is about a white. Very good it is too.

As a white wine lover who is tired of the ever present sauvignon blanc, this wine is a wonderfully welcome change. Great value at around $20, this is a real crowd pleaser. My new favourite.

I haven't tried this before, but wanted to test some different pinot gris' to my usual drop. This is excellent! I am very glad I tried this - I will definitely be buying this again and would happily take this to a host's house when invited for dinner or lunch. A drop that would be widely enjoyed by many a palette.
