This was like having a straight shot of toilet cleaner. Absolutely ruined my meal and gave me an instant headache.

I bought this one whim. I love smokey peaty scotch but obviously this was much cheaper being a blend. I was well received by all those that tasted it. Not overly smokey but still there and smooth as well. I will keep a bottle on the shelf .

I had a few glasses of this with my nephew last night. We both liked it. If it was a $100 we would have given it 3.5 stars but for $52 its a bargain. Light peat, smooth and 46% ABV, it's a great quaffer and if your limited for $$$ its a must have

I have no idea what some of the negative reviews are about, as my experience was pleasant. This peated whisky has 6 isles influence, it works well. New to peated whisky? This is for you, as the peat is not as intense as other brands. A young (NAS) non age statement whisky, which is well made. The whisky is Non Chill Filtered & Natural Colour. Keep in mind, at this cheap price point it is as natural as you can get, making it a real bargain. The totally boring (art deco) style presentation box, makes this whisky look cheap and nasty. To that I say "you cannot judge a whisky by it's presentation box". Lets face it, many times, distillers have very fancy presentation boxes, the whisky is mediocre at best, if not a downright failure. I deeply regret not getting the previous 43% whisky in the metal presentation tin, as it really looked the part, and the bottle label was eye candy also. This 46% whisky is not rubbish, so give it a go, enjoy a bargain while you can. Highly recommended.

Anyone who gives this a poor review has no clue. This is a solid blended at a fantastic price point. Far better than a lot of singles. The whiskey is good but at the price its exceptional.

Colour looks like Pi55 taste like petrol always take the bottle out of the box my big mistake!!!
