A nice drink. Not so strong. It is just right! The taste is also just right.

It’s an above average beer. Quite pricey though but worth it.

Aussie lager just hasnt got it right. The Czechs have with this fine offering.

Not sure how well it is known, but this beer is the original Budweiser. The Budweiser family escaped the soviet occupation after WW II and rebuilt their factory in the States with the original recipe and technology. Just like many successful businesses it was bought up by banks and investors, but than - in the name of profits - the brew was altered. After 1990 the old brewery and recipe got a new life back in Czechia, but the Budweiser name was licenced in the USA, so cannot be used. The "new" Budvar is a superior beer along with many beers produced in the Chech republic. Try for eg. the lesser known Gambrinus... if you can, or if you travel Prague.

fantastic beer, would be a best sellor but for the price.
