Lovely clear lemon colour. Pure aromas of citrus, peach and nuts rise to greet my nose and I'm keen to get some of this wine into my mouth. Yes, it comes together well - beautiful fragrant fruit lifts off the tongue and a lovely viscosity swirls around in my mouth, with a gently resiny after taste and a long, persistent finish. Tassie does pinot gris very nicely, as it does the varietal cousin, pinot noir! Yum, I'm going to enjoy this glass, and maybe one more?
