Primary stone fruit flavours..Peach, Nectarine and Apricot. The wine maker has let this wine sit in its Lees and the Cream and Biscuit flavours come through. Just a small hint of Cedar and Clove that shows a judicious use of Oak.

Cookathama's Chardonnay is grown on estate vineyards along the banks of the Murrumbidgee River in southern New South Wales. Harvested late at night to retain the freshness and crisp acid essential to good Chardonnay.
