Best value for money Heathcote Shiraz out there. Soft tannins, savory plum fruit and nice long finish!

A lovely easy drinking Shiraz with beautiful flavours. I’d recommend storing several away for 2-3 years as I think if kept well this one would only get better, if possible.

I just love the wines produced by Heathcote Winery. Mail Coach is the entry price point in and impressive stable of quality wines which all are worth trying when you can afford. Mail Coach drinks extremely well, with dar fruit and earthy flavours. With the traditional earthy flavours that come with Heathcote wines you are sure to enjoy this wine right now and if you can wait it will only improve over time.

In my opinion this is what shiraz should be. It is full-bodied and well rounded and I have failed to find a wine to compare but at this price it is a treat...or possibly a medicine? Hmmmm, now there's an idea! Here's to your health! Cheers!
