Have tried organic in the past ...hmmm was sceptical about quality given past experience. However, the gemtree uncut was a pleasant surprise ! Absolutely a fan. Poured a glass for a seasoned Shiraz drinker and they loved it. Highly recommend.

From the first sip to the last, the full-bodied fruity flavours delight. Dinner guests were impressed.

Found this gem while on holidays: plenty of fruit (blueberry), earthy, subtle oak and well balanced. A delicious McLaren Vale shiraz!!

For a while now, Gemtree have been producing very tasty organic wines. The 2018 Uncut Shiraz is no exception. It's a well balanced wine, with a range of flavours. Blackberry, fruitcake and liquorice, complemented by pepper and smooth tannins. Possibly more a 4 1/2 star rating, than a 5, because I have tasted a few $20 McLaren Vale shirazes that were even better. But still, it's excellent value and should age well.

Silky smooth and dangerously easy drinking. Selected this wine for my wedding as its would appeal to a broader range of wine lovers. A must try.

Batting way above its league for a wine that is well under $20.00. Great length - balanced and full flavoured.
