I enjoyed this beer, good taste and smooth. Good dark beer.

I wanted a dark ale, but this did not pass the taste test. I wanted something similar to Newcastle Brown Ale which it seems is no longer available. Sadly I will have to keep looking.

Not as good as it used to be. Seems to have lost flavour and some strength.

If you like dark beers this is a good one. Nice malt taste and very smooth and easy to drink.

Black Coffee, Cacao & slight caramel flavours are the centre piece of this beer. I have to say I was unsure at first but after a few over a number of days this soon climbed the list of favourites. If you like a Guinness or Kilkenny this may be for you but be warned it’s not the same at all but still a very enjoyable drink that won’t break the budget.

Have loved this beer for many years. So easy to drink and a great taste.
