The wine shows Germanic apple-like character as well as Aussie florals; it's separated from mainland rieslings by its delicacy and intense acidity – which is deftly offset by a low level of residual sugar. Dan Murphy tasting panel note this is not sourced from northern Tasmania. The winery's there, but the grapes come from Derwent and Coal River Valleys to the south.
