Very typical profile of a good Gewurtztraminer. Rich but not overwhelming, with notes of lychee and rose blooms on your palates. This is the dry wine that people drinking off-dry and sweet style wines will enjoy as well.

Very good example of Gewürztraminer. A sweet mouth feel but with nice acid that breaks thru this feel. Lovely nose of lychee and stone fruit. Good wine with Thai inspired food, pork with a sweet apple sauce, a chicken with an apricot style sauce. Very enjoyable, cold by itself outside in the sun. Have bought a few times and never been disappointed.

Turn to Dopff when you're after a sparkling wine with plenty of character. Notes of lychee and rose petal hit the nose, followed by a deliciously complex palate rich in fruit flavour. A lingering spicy finish really sets this one apart.
