Delicious Armagnac. Not too sweet but plenty of dry flavour. Very smooth with no bitterness but doesn't suffer from tasting like a Xmas cake like many cognacs. A eau de vie suited to a whisky drinker wanting to drink a grape based product rather than a "granny xmas cake" style cognac.

Got what I expected with this one. I had a lovely time with friends!

Just commenting on review from Brisbane. Someone is probably affected by stupid Queensland's lockdowns. (Some because of 6 people) Armagnac was Not commonly sold in 1 L bottles. We went on tasting in Europe of Cognacs and Armagnacs and always it come in 750 ml. Best one is in Prague, Czech republic, next to American embassy in old town, old place, down stairs is from around 1600 AD, and lower second small room even older, from 1300 AD. Enormous varieties, some from Early 1900 !! Worth to visit, and price is unbelievable compering with Australia, nip is $ 5.00 for 40 ml, not like here 20 ml. Aged 25 Years+ going around $ 10 Aus. I am just looking on bottle of VS classique Armagnac and is 40% of alcohol, not 37% as was stated in the review.

It’s really lovely to nose and wonderfull flavour. Nice to have it with fruits , taste it with or without water. Every sip is amazing. Excellent drop which is an absolute bargain. This will take some beating in the price vs quality stakes.

Second time I get an unknown brand under the Members offer based on favorable reviews and I get disappointed... Wondering about some of the reviews! I have had good Armagnac in the past. This one is certainly not one of them.

have not tried the Armagnac yet, but price-wise I have been ripped off.I have paid $59.99 for this bottle and I am supposedly, a member, so much for the discount....... Not only the bottle have shrank, everything is 700ml now instead of a litre a while ago.The alcoohol has diminished as well, 35% or 37% of alcoohol instead of 40%. The price still going up steadily.
