I really wanted to like this as I a big fan of the vfm Y Viognier and big daddy Virgilius. It' s richer than the former and less sophisticated than the latter, so not sure if it will appeal to a chardy or pinot gris fan looking for a similar wine at this price point. I will give it another try, because maybe it was just not the best night or food to try it with. Drank over two nights, still good.

i have a few friends that are diminutive drinkers, and prefer white wine. i tried this viognier on them at a dinner party, and they all agreed that it was a lovely drop and sparked their interest in wine again.
