Good flavours at a reasonable price and would definitely buy again.

My partner and I both loved it. Beautiful flavours and now it has become our favourite cab sav.

A wonderful example of Margaret river cab sav, highly recommended

I was thoroughly disappointed with this wine. To my palate, this example is rough and raw. Undeveloped and stark. Much more palatable wines can be had for less than $10.

Must admit, I am still yet to be convinced about all the fuss with Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon. Guess I am a traditionalist when it comes to Australian cab and think that Coonawarra still is the benchmark. Yes, Marg River cab seems approachable, but yet to have one which offers the richness, the complexity, the longevity which Coonawarra brings to this tricky grape. More of the same here, nice, medium-bodied and savoury, but little in the way of complexity, and not offering the tannic structure to suggest it has a typical long cab life in front of it. 91pts. Probably good for another 5 years.

Rich, ripe and ready to drink now or pop it into the cellar / cupboard. Good nicely weighted palate with blackcurrant, blackberry, plum and a hint of leaf and cedar, finishing with some grippy but fine tannins. Good value Margaret River red wine.
