This is produced with grapes from a single vineyard of over 50 years vine age; the ancient clone with the “red stem”. It is vinified without the use of wood, in full respect of the tradition. Purple-red color with delicate violet reflections. Intense floral and fruity fragrance with enveloping notes of cherries, blackberry jam and violets. Fresh, mineral and super juicy with a typical pleasant almond finish and sweet tannins in the mouth. A very drinkable yet structured Dolcetto, capable also of moderate ageing.
