if u are looking for a great quaffing wine look no further than the Chapel Hill 2022 THe Vinedresser shiraz. its a great tasting wine . dont know about paying $25 Dan Murphys or $27 at BWS but when on special grab it! much better than Pepperjack. Peter

Very dark colour. Herbaceous nose suggests under-ripe grapes; 14.5% ABV suggests otherwise. Not much going on with the palate, apart from bitter tannins that even a rich meat dish couldn’t tame. Looks like the grapes were over-extracted to get some flavour, but it backfired. Pity, as I generally enjoy CH reds.
