It might well be from burgundy, which is why many people will try it, but that doesn’t make it a good wine. And it’s a lot less than that. It’s probably time that people stopped buying these wildly overpriced burgundy wines to restore some sanity to the wine market.

At this price point I ($30-35) I as expecting something with some decent pinot characteristics. Instead I got a brown at the edges , week, flavourless wine that was barely discernable as a decent French Pinot. It lacked any trace of the fabled grape and was really just a light, fluffy wine that was so disappointing. There are so many more interesting and full flavoured Aussie and NZ pinots that are miles ahead, and at a lesser price. Give this the big miss even at a reduced price.
