This brew pours with syrup-like viscosity and a rich, mouth-coating emphasis on the chocolate and toffee flavours of the complex malt bill. The intense flavour is boosted further still with 300kg of freshly-harvested, natural honey from Paxton Honey in the Hunter Valley. The wholesome aromas and subtle sweet kick of the liquid gold balance this big, bold beer to perfection. 
The Honey Imperial Stout is a great beer for drinking now but you can also cellar for a year or two and look forward to the even more complex palates of dried fruit and sherry that will emerge.
