Our Hellyers Road 12 Year Old Single Malt Whisky is aged in American Oak (ex-Bourbon casks) and represents the first aged statement expression from Hellyers Road Distillery. First released in 2014, it quickly became one of Australia’s highest-selling, local crafted single malt, and for good reason. Its flavour is regarded as one of the few truly unique styles in the whisky world. Highlighting distinctive signature citrus nuances, akin to the most unique distilleries of Scotland, it is fair to say, that no Australian distillery is comparative. The style is a subtle and delicate – the most welcoming whisky for any new enthusiasts – that has also been triple distilled. Matured in American Oak and bottled at 46.2% alcohol volume with no artificial colouring and not requiring chilled filtration.
