  • Tasting Notes The grapes for this wine were purchased from a high quality Yarra Valley vineyard. Crushed and destemmed into 1/2 tonne bins. Co-fermented with selected yeast and MLF bacteria, and pressed through a hydraulic basket press after 2 weeks. Matured in new medium toast French oak barrels and stainless steel tanks for 12 months prior to bottling. The wine shows a velvety texture with well integrated tannins and complex flavours.
