Bought this on spec because I like the flavours on the label. I found too little flavour almost insipid. Very disappointed and will not buy again.

I bought this believing it was a full strength gin; disappointed to find that it was only a half-strength liqueur. Fortunately, I also bought a full strength gin as well. I tried this liqueur straight at first and was pleasantly surprised. The bouquet is mostly blood orange with only a faint hint of ginger. The initial flavour is all blood orange but, the ginger kicks in at the back end. I'm not a fan of ginger but, its presence doesn't overwhelm the senses. I couldn't discern the fig, except as a slight tartness, and I believe it gets drowned out by the other flavours. My second and subsequent tastings were done with the aid of a boost from the full strength gin. This tones down the flavours of the liqueur sufficiently to make multiple glasses palatable without being too punchy. Matching this liqueur with a complementary gin is critical. Standard Greenalls would be my suggestion. The effect of this liqueur is probably its best quality: very cheery. Will try again in future.

I expected this to be a light, refreshing flavour but it was more like Fanta. Not a trace of ginger, just an overwhelming fake orange taste. If you're looking for a good orange flavoured gin, go with the Tanqueray Flor De Sevilla - worth the extra money.

I brought this for my partner to try as she is a gin drinker and I am not.She had it with tonic water and a slice of orange,I tried it and quite liked it which is saying something because I normally don't like gins,she loved it but still prefered Brockmans,I may buy a bottle for myself

very smooth drink, lovely taste of orange, not so about ginger.will differently buy again. have already talked about this drink with my sister-in-law.

This gin is terrible! The mix ration was very high just to actually get the infused taste. Won't be ever purchasing again we'll stick with the local gins!
