Not for the feint hearted this dry but luscious Italian red is probably the best value dry red I have come across. I was sceptical when I saw the price but tried a single bottle. Then returned for a case! Great with food especially anything with cheese or garlic! Member offer $7 Incredible!

Very ordinary not what it says on the label not a good example of a Sicilian wine

I will never forget the day I was introduced to this wine, the girl at uncle dans expressed how it was light as easy drinking and a sociable type of wine. You could have this with white or red meat is feeling adventurous without feeling guilt all because of the wine itself and light in that you could drink a bottle or two and survive the next day. Whenever I’m not testing something new I’ll come back to this

Nero D Avola is a lesser known varietal here in Australia but it is on the rise. Try it and you will see why. This easy drinking and extremely accessible wine is light in flavor but does not compromise on taste. Believe it or not, lychee is a prominent flavor I could pull from this one.
