It certainly is in my experience. A perfect seamless example of what a great wine should be. Far and away the best wine I've had the pleasure of drinking. I bought 6 of them, gave 1 as a gift and consumed 3 with very good friends. Fortunately, I still have 2 left in my wine fridge. Pity it's out of stock, I could do with another 6.

This wine makes an excellent gift for someone you don't know very well but you can safely presume that they have everything.....

Excellent colour, concentrated flavour development and integrated tannins - hallmarks of a stand-out vintage.

This is an incredible wine! I had the pleasure of drinking it recently and it was mind-blowingly good. Such incredible depth of flavour, unbeatable length in the mouth and the little bit of Cab Sav in it really adds an extra punch that plain Shiraz's wouldn't have. It's interesting that the Bin 389, the 'Baby Grange' has a clear similarity to Grange. It tastes and hits the tongue in a similar, albeit smaller, manner. The Grange 2010 really is an experience. It's a powerful, unforgettable and incredibly pleasurable flavour hit. If you have the money for a really special occasion get it! Otherwise go for the Bin 389 which really is similar in pleasure and experience, at 1/10th the price!
