good afternoon wine but has changed this vintage not so good

Having consumed heaps of the "old" Matua (before they branched into "crisp"/"early"/"lighter"/whatever variants) we figured it was time to give this a try. What absolute RUBBISH. Tasted like an oily acidic concoction, not a Marlborough Sauv Blanc. Had trouble even finishing a glass, the rest will go down the drain. Definitely wouldn't consider subjecting any friends/visitors to this. Also noted the "wine of NZ" and "bottled in S.A." - not sure how that plays out. Hereafter we'll stick with our known and reliable products - such as Villa Maria, Saint Clair and Stoneleigh. If you are contemplating this wine, I strongly urge you to try ONE bottle rather than purchasing quantity. You can thank me later.

I love the freshness of the passion fruit taste and aroma. Very refreshing sauv Blanc only negative is the price.

Very refreshing and like as it said "crisp". Accompanies most food!

This didn't taste anything like the Matua of old. I note it is now bottled in Australia and I don't think this product is 100% Marlborough! I'm back to my old rule - if you want genuine Kiwi Sauvignon Blanc make sure it is bottled in Marlborough.

Goes with most food, light, crisp, not strong in flavour, so drinkable, a really good all round wine, I love it.
