The literature on the bottle suggests it's made on the mainland with Tasmanian grapes, maybe not. A passable effort. Fruity, smooth, easy-drinking but lacking character. Good value for money.

This wine is so disgusting - I could not get the taste out of my mouth. It ruined the taste of my food at home - Do not recommend!! As a Tasmanian, I bought thinking it would be a given that it would be nice - Considering how much I love my sparklings and especially Rieslings - This is not a winner. Bought it as the shop had a 'Staff recommendation' sign in front of it. What it tastes like: The barrel used to ferment this is coated in moss, grass, literally the forrest. I do not like it and want my money back - Not sure if that's possible. Want a good Tassie wine? The Kayena vineyard: Goaty Hill - Anything by them. Also, this had a NSW distribution label on the back, so possibly not authentically Tasmanian? Nice label, but so gross. I'm convinced there is grass in this.
