For those who don't know, this is technically not a 'Gin' but is made with gin and would be classified as a Liqueur. The base gin is steeped in sloe berries and sugar is added making it quite sweet. If you like sweet drinks then this is a great sipper. It is also a core ingredient in an 'Alabama Slammer' so mix the sloe with equal parts of Southern Comfort, Amaretto, and OJ and you've got yourself a sweet easy to drink cocktail! Haymans is the best for it.

This is a fruit liquor marketed as Gin. Gin's alcohol percentage typically ranges from 37.5 to 50. In the UK and US, the legal minimum is 37.5 and 40 respectively. This product is made in the UK. I don't know how it's allowed to be sold as a gin. The price for this sugar laden liquor is criminal. Two stars because it tastes nice. I will stick to my favourites Quince Gin and Black Cherry, also from the UK, which are absolutely amazing and have 41 percent alcohol.
