Bright with the lightest of pink hues. An amazing lifted aroma with the classic perfume of Muscat with zesty lime and floral hints. The freshest and zippiest palate of all wines, a bit of very light f izz, crisp and fresh with beautiful floral flavours and amazing sweetness. It will be hard to stop at one.
Only the freshest components were used as this wine style needs to be light and bright rather than heavy with concentrated f lavour. The wine is only fermented for about half the time of a normal wine, leaving all the natural sugars of the grapes (especially the Muscat) unfermented providing the sweetness. This sweetness is balanced by the fresh acidity of the Riesling so that there is no cloying feeling. The low alcohol level also contributes to the lightness and freshness of the wine. This really is a wine for enjoying – not discussing!
