Resonable Rose in a cask

Why is this Rose 50% Argentine wine ? I was shocked to see on the side of the cask that it was a Wine Beverage of Australian/Agentine produce.
With all of the Spin about being Australian since 1962 it would appear some info is not what it seems.
Apart from that it's reasonable !!

Used to drink Berri Estates but they stopped making it. Love Coolabah rose as does my husband.
